02 Dec ASD is Acquired by CTI
This provides notification that Advanced Systems Development, Inc, known as ASD, is now a subsidiary of Cybersecurity Technology Innovations, LLC (CTI) with an effective acquisition date of 1 November 2022. The affiliation of the two companies maintains all former NAICS including the primary small business 541512 NAIC. Tanveer Malik, CEO of CTI is the new CEO of ASD and a GWU PhD Electrical Engineer. Tanveer worked for ASD as Chief Technology Officer for about seven years and prior to ASD, he worked for Serco supporting DoD contracts in the Pentagon. About five years ago at the time of leaving ASD, Tanveer started his own company called Cybersecurity Technology Innovations, LLC. (known as CTI). CTI has contracts performing IT efforts to include software engineering, data centers, cloud, service desk and cybersecurity services with federal civilian agencies with an interest in the pursuit of DoD opportunities.
As the prior CEO of ASD for forty-three years, Richard L.
