Nothing can frustrate your employees
as much as their computers. Isolated computer problems can be
difficult to identify and diagnose. At ASD, we treat each computer
at your organization as if it were on our president's desk.

Our comprehensive desktop support offering has
three levels:
- Help Desk Support/Call Center - where we troubleshoot problems
and assist users by phone or assign an on-site or on-call specialist
- Desktop Support - where we assist users in person to solve more
complex technical problems (detailed troubleshooting, installations,
upgrades, relocation of equipment, and more)
- On Site Personnel - where we provide full-time on site personnel
to troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and data communications
at your organization
Although response times are set in each contract, ASD achieves
standards equalivant to or greater than those established by the
Gartner Group. All service calls are logged in a database, tracked
and worked until resolved - quickly and promptly. We will even keep
you apprised of call volume and trends.
Our heritage is in desktop support, and we take pride in maintaining
