Job Description

The selected individuals will be responsible for ongoing day-to-day operations, scheduling, reviewing, and monitoring of the Video Teleconference activities.  Individual will support the communications architecture and associated peripheral equipment. Required experience includes in-depth knowledge and experience supporting the Microsoft XP operating system; in-depth knowledge and experience supporting Microsoft Office Suite of products; knowledge and understanding of network services including DNS, DHCP, WINS, SUS/WUS; knowledge and understanding of networking technologies including TCP/IP subnetting, IP addressing, Impromptu.

Education

BS in CS, Math, or equivalent vocational training with VTC operation.  3 or more years of experience.

Certified Helpdesk Technician or MCP and security certifications are desired.
